Can I bring my dog or pet?
Only service dogs are allowed into the event.
Is there parking?
There is no parking lot onsite. Nearby parking lots include the Burlington Car Park (3-9 Old Burlington Street, London W1S 3AF) and the Park Lane/Marble Arch Car Park (Park Lane, London W1K 7TY). Limited street parking may also be found in the area for a small cost payable by phone.
Bag policy:
No tote bags or backpacks are allowed in the fair.
Is there disabled access?
The main entrance of the fair is wheelchair accessible, as is the exhibition area and cafe. There is also a disabled bathroom onsite.
Can I rent a wheelchair?
If you require the use of a wheelchair, please email [email protected] ahead of your visit to ensure we have one available.
Disabled Carer Policy
LAPADA is pleased to operate a scheme to provide one complimentary entry ticket for any adult unable to attend the LAPADA Fair unaided. The carer will be given a complimentary ticket by the Box Office. Please purchase an entry ticket for yourself as normal but please do not purchase a ticket for the carer. Visit the Box Office at the entrance to the event on arrival with the supporting documentation. Please bring evidence of at least one of the following (photo copies, scanned copies or pictures on your phone are fine);
- Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- Recognised assistance dog ID card
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes there is a cloakroom onsite. The cloakroom is free to use however there is a voluntary donation option for our nominated charity.
